She is an apostle, and the founder of MEC Ministries, Predestined Women International Ministry, The Community Prayer Center of Columbus, and The Kingdom Warriors Institute,Co-Founder of The Voice Publications, Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Church. She is the Visionary of the Break Every Chain Conference, After Care and Support Group, Blessed is the Man Mended Men’s Conference and the Executive Producer of The What Now Talk Show.

Apostle Charles K. Crutcher is a brother born for adversity.Throughout his life of ministry, he has served in many capacities; as an ordained Deacon, he later answered the called to preach. He has served as Chief armor-bearer and pastoral assistant, Men’s Ministry Leader, trainer, teacher,and now a pastor. He is president of The Voice Publications and Co-founder of Kingdom Life Church of Columbus where he currently serves as Pastor.

Both are active members in the community and have served as mentors and community advocates, advisory boards and national and international networks. Charles and Mary Ellen have been married thirty-four+years and counting and have a blended family of four sons and twelve grandchildren.  She is his wife for life and he is her sweetheart. Together they continue to pursue their purpose and passion to win souls to Christ, witness the love of Christ and to love like Christ, see the people of God live liberated and holistic lives, as Jesus Christ desires them to, with a once you have been converted strengthen your brother concept. They continue to fulfill the great commission, spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ reaching the lost one soul at a time or a multitude of souls at a moment in time.

WE BELIEVE that Jesus is the Only Begotten Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, and suffered under the hands of Pontius Pilate.  He was crucified and buried.  On the third day, He arose from the dead and now sits on the right hand of Majesty on high.  From there He shall come to rapture His bride the church, who shall live and reign with Him eternally.

WE BELIEVE in the repentance of sins, water baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

WE BELIEVE the Holy Bible is divinely inspired by God and is the infallible Word of God.  As it is written, "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness" (II Timothy 3:16).

WE BELIEVE that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ.  We believe that He, the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin and regenerates the penitent soul, baptizing him/her into the Church (which is the Body of Christ).  We believe that He indwells, guides, instructs and empowers believers for godly living and service.   (John 14:16 - 19; 16:7 - 15: I Corinthians 6:19 -- 20; Romans 8:9, 11, Titus 3:5).

WE BELIEVE in divine healing, and that the first covenant that the Lord (Jehovah) made with the children of Israel after they were brought out of Egypt was a covenant of healing.  The LORD said, "… if thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord (Jehovah Rapha), the Lord that healeth thy God, and wilt do that, which is right in His sight, and wilt give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statues I will put  none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians; for I am the LORD that healeth thee."  (Exodus 15:26). The vicarious (done on behalf of someone else) suffering of the Lord Jesus Christ paid for the healing of our bodies, the same as for the salvation of our souls, for "… with his stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 50 3:5).

WE BELIEVE in Kingdom Life Church and that is chosen and ordained of God to raise up a Christ-centered, cross-cultural, covenantal community of believers dedicated to making His praise glorious and establishing the Kingdom of God upon the earth.‍
